TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, linking a Minecraft account, or making a purchase on Nordify, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Provide an accurate email so we can deliver password resets and important notices. You must be old enough to make purchases in your country, or have a parent/guardian's permission.

3. Purchases & virtual goods

Real-money payments are processed by Tebex, which acts as the merchant of record. Purchases grant cosmetic Gems only. Gems and all in-game currencies have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and confer no gameplay advantage. Delivery is automatic to your linked Minecraft account, usually within a minute.

4. Non-pay-to-win

Nordify is a fair-play server. Nothing purchased with real money provides gear, stats, or any competitive advantage. Cosmetics are purely visual.

5. Refunds & chargebacks

Because virtual goods are delivered instantly and consumed in-game, sales are generally final. Refund requests are handled by Tebex under their policies. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from the server and website.

6. Conduct

Don't abuse, exploit, or disrupt the service; don't attempt to gain unauthorized access; and follow the in-game rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

7. Availability

The server and website are provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features at any time.
