PRIVACY POLICY

What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the service:

• Account data — your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Minecraft data — your Minecraft UUID and username once you link, plus synced in-game stats, Journey progress, jobs, balances and equipped items used by your dashboard and profile.
• Purchase records — what was bought and its delivery status (payment details themselves are handled by Tebex, not stored by us).
• A session cookie to keep you logged in.

How we use it

To operate your account, deliver purchases, show your dashboard and public profile, run leaderboards, and send account emails (verification, password reset).

Public profile controls

You can choose whether your online status, equipment, achievement activity, ISK leaderboard position and detailed lifetime statistics appear on your public profile. Email addresses, purchases, Gem balances and exact ISK balances are never displayed publicly.

Third parties

• Tebex — processes payments as merchant of record.
• Cloudflare — serves and protects the website.
• Mojang/Microsoft — we fetch your public skin by UUID to render your character.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account exists. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email support@nordify.is and we'll action it.
